The Director of Professional Services is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.

The ideal RN candidate will have four years of experience in a hospice agency, primary care clinic or health care facility with at least one year of supervisory/management experience.
