Generates new and useful ideas related to web content that have business value. Interacts confidently with Intranet Leadership Team members to helps guide this team to produce intranet solutions. Develops and implements methodologies and procedures for the static web development group. Conscientiously follows those methodologies and procedures. Coordinates the education of a business-wide static web development team, as well as the evaluation, integration, customization and implementation of static web content for areas that this team is responsible for. Demonstrates personal interest, knowledge and skills necessary to proactively define and resolve issues that impact operations of all relevant departments and business units within HCR Manor Care. Demonstrates knowledge of the other groups in the IS Department in order to provide support of day-to-day operations. Provides support of the day-to-day operations of the Intranet and other HCR Manor Care web-based environments. Works on a team to provide 7x24 coverage of all static web development activities across all HCR Manor Care business units ensuring that the content and design of all materials promoted into our production environment are in accordance with the expectations of the CFO, COO, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers of all HCR Manor Care business units.
